Nicole is a 5th year grad student in the Zito Lab. They enjoy picking up a lot of random creative-type hobbies and never committing to any one enough to be really good at it. They love all things sci-fi/fantasy (especially POC and queer made), open world RPG video games, and literally any cat ever. They despise writing about themself in the third person. Nicole is excited to be a part of SOMA and shift harmful perspectives and toxic attitudes/behaviors in STEM to make it more accessible, equitable, inclusive, and safe for anyone with an interest in STEM fields.
